Outlook Calendar is where your workday lives — meetings, client calls, internal syncs, blocked focus time. Beebole makes it all easy to account for.

Connect your Microsoft account from the timesheet toolbar, and your Outlook events for the current period appear in a dedicated panel beside your timesheet. Drag any event directly onto a row to record the time against a project. Beebole automatically detects events you've already logged, so there's no risk of duplicates.

#How it works

Click the calendar icon in the Beebole timesheet toolbar and select Outlook. A one-time authorization prompt asks you to sign in with your Microsoft account and grant calendar access. Once authorized, your events for the active timesheet period load straight away, with no additional configuration needed.

For teams that run their day through Outlook, the calendar panel removes the biggest friction in time tracking: the gap between what's in your schedule and what actually ends up in your timesheet. Your meetings, calls, and work blocks are already there — Beebole makes them actionable.
