For organizations running on Google Workspace, a new time tracking tool usually means manual user provisioning and an IT ticket every time someone joins. Beebole's Google Workspace integration removes that work. Your team signs in with the accounts they already use. Once you link your domain, Beebole can create new users automatically the first time they access Beebole.

Access runs through the Google account each person already has, so there are no separate passwords to manage. With automatic user creation enabled, Beebole creates a new user the first time a team member signs in with their Google account.

Once you've created a Beebole account, link your Google Workspace domain, then turn on automatic user creation or make Google the only accepted sign-in method.
