Google Sheets is where teams organize, visualize, and analyze their data. The Beebole add-on brings your time tracking data directly into Sheets, with no manual exports or copy-pasting.

Once connected, Beebole report data flows directly into your Sheets, including filters, date ranges, and configurations. From there, the full range of Google Sheets is available: analysis, visualization, sharing, and live dashboards for stakeholders who don't need Beebole access.

#How it works

Sign up for Beebole, then reach out to the team to get the Google Sheets integration configured. Once it's set up, your saved reports appear in Sheets and refresh on open or on demand. Select the ones you want, link them to the corresponding sheets, and the data loads straight in.

Note: The add-on currently listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace is compatible with the previous version of Beebole. For now, new accounts should contact our team to get set up.

Once time tracking data lands in a real spreadsheet, the full power of Google Sheets is yours. Add columns and formulas, build pivot tables, create charts, or connect to Looker Studio for BI-grade dashboards. Stakeholders who don't need access to the time tracking tool can view reports through a shared sheet, no extra logins required.

Each sheet can hold as many reports as you need. Open the file, and they all refresh automatically, so your charts and tables always reflect the latest data. Refresh all or select reports on demand with the click of a button.
