Google Sheets is where teams organize, visualize, and analyze their data. The Beebole add-on brings your time tracking data directly into Sheets, with no manual exports or copy-pasting.

Once connected, Beebole report data flows directly into your sheets - filters, date ranges, and configurations included. From there, use Google Sheets natively: build pivot tables, connect to Looker Studio, schedule emailed reports, or share live data with colleagues who don't need access to the time tracking tool.

#How it works

Install the Beebole add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace. Open it in a sheet, connect your Beebole account, and your saved reports appear immediately. Select the ones you want, link them to the corresponding sheets, and the data loads straight in.

Update: the Google Sheets add-on currently available on the Marketplace works with the previous version of Beebole. Once you create an account on Beebole, reach out to our team to get the new Google Sheets integration set up.

Add columns and formulas, build pivot tables, create charts, or connect to Looker Studio for BI-grade dashboards. Stakeholders who don't need access to the time tracking tool can view reports through a shared sheet - no extra logins required.

Each sheet can hold as many reports as you need, and when you open the file, all of them refresh automatically, so your charts and tables always reflect the latest data without manual steps. Refresh all or select reports on demand with the click of a button.
