#Your calendar already knows how you spent your day

Google Calendar keeps a running record of your meetings, calls, and scheduled work. Beebole turns that record into a timesheet.

Connect your Google account from the timesheet toolbar, and your calendar events for the current period appear in a panel right alongside your timesheet. Drag any event onto a timesheet row to log the time. Events you've already tracked are flagged automatically, so nothing gets entered twice.

#How it works

Click the calendar icon in the Beebole timesheet toolbar and select Google Calendar. A one-time authorization prompt asks you to sign into your Google account and grant calendar access. Once connected, your events load immediately, with no settings to configure and nothing to import.

#Less recollection, more accuracy

Most people fill their timesheets at the end of the day, or the end of the week and try to piece together where their time actually went. With your Google Calendar visible beside the timesheet, you work from a real record instead of a rough approximation. Meetings, calls, focus blocks: they're all there, ready to be assigned.

Because the integration lives inside the timesheet itself, there's no separate setup flow and no configuration to manage. Any team member can connect their own Google account independently, and their calendar stays private.
