Connect your QuickBooks Online account from Beebole's integration settings. Beebole imports your customers and items as projects and your employees as people, then waits until you're ready to export. Select a period, trigger the export, and Beebole creates the corresponding time activities in QuickBooks.

The export is intentionally manual. You trigger it once approval is done and hours are locked. That's what lands in QuickBooks for invoicing and payroll. Because Beebole and QuickBooks share the same customers, items, and employees from the start, every time activity that arrives in QuickBooks is already linked to the right entity with no extra mapping required.

The integration handles time entries only; expenses stay in Beebole. Because you control exactly when data crosses over, you're never pushing provisional or unapproved hours into accounting by accident. Failed entries are listed individually so you can correct and re-export without touching the rest of the batch.
