Beebole Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) applies to your use of the Beebole website (beebole.com, including the help documentation at beebole.com/help) and the Beebole services, including the legacy application at beebole-apps.com and the new application at app.beebole.com (together, the “Services”), and is part of the agreement between you and Beebole s.r.l. (“Beebole”, “we”, “us”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
This AUP sets out the activities that are prohibited when using the Services. It works alongside the Terms of Service: the license and product restrictions in Terms of Service §2.6 (General Restrictions) — including not renting, leasing, or sublicensing the Services, not reverse engineering the Services, not creating derivative works of the Services, not removing proprietary or attribution notices, and not publishing performance or benchmark information about the Services — apply in addition to the conduct rules in this AUP. Where the two documents overlap, they are intended to be read consistently with each other.
Prohibited activities
You must not, and must not permit any user or third party to, use the Services or our websites to:
Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, network, or infrastructure, or breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures, without authorization.
Hack, tamper, or circumvent security. Tamper with, reverse engineer, hack into, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related systems, or any account, or circumvent any security or access controls. (This is in addition to the reverse engineering restriction in Terms of Service §2.6.)
Disrupt integrity or performance. Modify, disable, or otherwise interfere with the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services or the data of any other user, or introduce any harmful or disruptive code.
Access via unsupported interfaces or scrape. Access or attempt to access the Services through any interface other than those we supply or authorize, or scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services by automated or unauthorized means.
Overwhelm infrastructure. Generate traffic, requests, or load intended or reasonably likely to overwhelm, degrade, or disrupt our infrastructure or that of our providers (for example, denial-of-service activity), or exceed published rate limits in a manner that harms the Services.
Solicit users. Solicit our users for commercial or other purposes without authorization, or send unsolicited communications through or using the Services.
Spoof, phish, or impersonate. Engage in spoofing, phishing, or impersonation, including misrepresenting your identity or affiliation or falsifying headers or identifiers.
Use the Services unlawfully. Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Violate privacy or collect personal information. Violate the privacy of others, or collect, store, or process personal information about other people without a valid legal basis or the necessary rights and consents.
Stalk, harass, or threaten. Stalk, harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten any person.
Distribute infringing, deceptive, or malicious content. Upload, transmit, or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of others, that is deceptive or fraudulent, or that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Encourage prohibited activity. Assist, encourage, or enable any other person to do any of the above.
Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Where a violation occurs or is reasonably suspected, we may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at our sole discretion. We will give you notice before doing so where practicable, but we may act immediately and without prior notice where the violation is serious, ongoing, or poses a risk to the Services, other users, or third parties, or where the law requires it. We are not liable to you for any suspension or termination carried out in good faith under this AUP. Suspension or termination under this AUP does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
