Both Beebole and Redcort allow employees to clock in and out with a single click. You can track multiple types of absences, like holidays and leave, and managers can easily review and approve timesheets. Both tools feature overtime controls and exportable, customizable reports. Redcort's Virtual TimeClock is a complete but basic employee attendance tool with no project tracking features. With Beebole, companies can track time spent on projects, subprojects, clients, and/or tasks. Beebole users can also configure costs and billing rates for companies, projects, tasks, or people. Set and track the status of project budgets and run detailed reports on profits, margins, and more. Redcort only allows you to set pay rates for employees.

Beebole's subscription rate includes multilingual live support, help with account setup, maintenance, audit trails, and unlimited secure data retention.
