When you enable the integration, Beebole imports your QuickBooks customers, items, and people, so your team tracks time against the right activities from day one. Once you approve a period and the hours are final, export everything to QuickBooks as time activities. Only errors surface on screen, for a clean export that needs no confirmation.

The integration handles time entries only; expenses stay in Beebole. - Does this integration work with QuickBooks Desktop?

This integration covers QuickBooks Online only. It doesn't support QuickBooks Desktop.

- What if I need to export the same period twice?

You can, but it risks creating duplicate time activities in QuickBooks. Beebole warns you if you attempt to export a date range you've already exported, so you can decide whether to proceed.

- Are expenses exported to QuickBooks as well?

No. Beebole exports only time entries, as time activities. Expenses stay in Beebole and aren't sent to QuickBooks in either direction.
