### If it's in your calendar, it should probably be in your timesheet

Outlook Calendar is where your workday lives - meetings, client calls, internal syncs, blocked focus time. Beebole makes it all easy to account for.

Connect your Microsoft account from the timesheet toolbar, and your Outlook events for the current period appear in a dedicated panel beside your timesheet. Drag any event directly onto a row to record the time against a project. Beebole automatically detects events you've already logged, so there's no risk of duplicates.

Click the calendar icon in the Beebole timesheet toolbar and select Outlook. A one-time authorization prompt asks you to sign in with your Microsoft account and grant calendar access. Once authorized, your events for the active timesheet period load straight away, with no additional configuration needed.

- Does this work with Microsoft 365 and personal Outlook accounts?

Yes. The integration works with both Microsoft 365 accounts (work or school) and personal Microsoft accounts. You'll be prompted to sign in with whichever account you use for Outlook Calendar.

- Can my manager or admin see my Outlook events in Beebole?

No. Your calendar events are only visible to you in your own calendar panel. Beebole does not store your calendar data or expose it to other users or administrators in your account.

- What is an event has already been added to my timesheet?

Beebole keeps track of which events have already been logged and marks them in the calendar panel. You can see at a glance what's been recorded and what still needs to be assigned to a project.
