- Do I need to set anything up before my team can sign in with Google?

Not for basic Google sign-in. The option is available on the Beebole sign-in screen without any configuration. Linking your Google Workspace domain is a separate, optional step that unlocks organization-level controls, including automatic user creation and the ability to restrict sign-in to Google only.

- Does Beebole create user accounts automatically for new team members?

It can, but it won't by default. Once you've linked your Google Workspace domain, you can enable automatic user creation in Beebole's single sign-on settings. Then, anyone signing in with a matching domain for the first time will have a Beebole account created automatically.

- Can I require my team to sign in through Google only?

Yes. Once your domain is linked, you can disable other sign-in methods so that Google is the only way your team can authenticate. Before turning this on, confirm that sign-in is working for at least one test user. If there's an issue with Google authentication while this restriction is active, your team won't be able to sign in through any other method.
