Beebole's Google Workspace integration removes that work. Your team signs in with the accounts they already use. Once you link your domain, Beebole can create new users automatically the first time they access Beebole. Access runs through the Google account each person already has, so there are no separate passwords to manage. With automatic user creation enabled, Beebole creates a new user the first time a team member signs in with their Google account. #### How it works Once you've created a Beebole account, link your Google Workspace domain, then turn on automatic user creation or make Google the only accepted sign-in method. The option is available on the Beebole sign-in screen without any configuration. Linking your Google Workspace domain in the single sign-on settings is a separate, optional step. It gives you organization-level controls, including automatic user creation and the ability to restrict sign-in to Google only. - Does Beebole create user accounts automatically for new team members? It can, but it won't by default. Once you've linked your Google Workspace domain, you can enable automatic user creation in Beebole's single sign-on settings. Then, anyone signing in with a matching domain for the first time will have a Beebole account created automatically. - Can I require my team to sign in through Google only? Yes. Once your domain is linked, you can disable other sign-in methods so that Google is the only way your team can authenticate. Before turning this on, confirm that sign-in is working for at least one test user.
