Either way, you'll be able to associate planned tasks with existing projects, rates, budgets, tags, and more.

Activating the Beebole and Asana integration only takes a few minutes and can be done from within your Beebole account settings. Once you're set up, time tracking becomes a natural extension of work that's already happening in Asana. - Do I need admin access in both Asana and Beebole?

Yes. You need administrative privileges in both your Asana workspace and your Beebole account to set up and configure the integration.

- What happens to imported data if I disable the integration?

When the integration is disabled, future changes in Asana will no longer sync with your Beebole account. All previously imported people, tasks, and projects will remain in Beebole. Syncing will resume if the integration is re-enabled.

- Can I choose which Asana data to import?

This integration imports all active tasks and projects from your Asana workspace. While you can't selectively import individual projects, you can organize and filter imported items once added to Beebole. If you have multiple Asana workspaces, you can choose which account to import.
