I have evaluated and used many timesheet solutions over the last 10 years and I think BeeBole has nailed it here.

The staff and supervisors required the minimum of training, in some cases less than a minute to learn what they needed to do and now the program managers get up to date info on project salary costs using the reporting tool and the info for payroll is collected efficiently. In fact the data can be up to the day before as some of the staff enter the time each day straight into the system as its so easy and quick rather than put notes in their dairy and updating at the end of the week.

As a long running and well respected Television, Web Design, Cross Media, and Print Design company in South Africa, we have many clients who work on a monthly retainer time basis with us. We needed a cost effective way to keep track of the actual time our designers, programmers and creatives were spending on the clients against their retainers. Since some of them work virtually at times, an on-line offering made sense. I looked all over and finally found BeeBole. What was great about BeeBole was that they were very responsive to requests for improvements and enhancements, and the product has evolved with us. If we ever find a bug, they sort it out quickly also. We have found their offering is good value for money, despite operating in a weak global climate, and we certainly recoup many times over in more efficient and effective client billing. The system is also fast and friendly enough for our creative staff to use every day.

We were looking for an app to manage our time sheets for about two years. This app looked promising. We have been using it for a month and it was kind of working but we were having some issues. Never got a chance to read the documentation. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me to configure the system and now it feels like it was custom built for our specific business. We'd been searching for six years to find a timekeeping solution to meet our needs. Most things we tried were either too complicated, too simplistic or missing some essential capability. We were about to give up and go back to a simple spreadsheet. Then I happened to notice Beebole in the Google Apps Marketplace.

After a couple of days testing a free account it became obvious that Beebole was the answer to our timekeeping needs. It is simple, yet powerful. Time sheets can be completed in minutes, but they can still contain as much detail as we need.

One of the biggest complaints I've had with all other systems was the inability to get timely, useful reports. With Beebole I can get any report I want in real time. Plus, all reports are presented in the form of charts. So in an instant I can see a pie chart of ratio between billable and non-billable hours. Then I can download that information into a spreadsheet.

The Beebole team has already added some very useful modules in the short time we've used the product. The time sheet approval module is great. My next plan is to put the budget module to use. I can't wait to see what module they come up with next.
