As the first release of our application is getting closer, it was time for us to set up a nice tool to hear what you will have to say.
From now on, a feedback button will appear on the left of your screen on beebole.com and on this blog (as you might have already seen).
This button will also be part of our application and will allow you, at any time, to submit feedback such as ideas for new features, bugs you’ve found or just general thoughts on the application.
All those information will be centralized in a dedicated Feedback Forum
BeeBole team members will actively participate to this forum, commenting your feedback, upgrading the status of your ideas, … but also submitting the team ideas to your vote, …
How does it work?
We have opted for the solution provided by Uservoice and here is a simple screenshot about using the tool.

If you are following our blog since a few months, you might remember my first post about user feedback
I was extensively talking about Get Satisfaction, a direct concurrent to Uservoice.
I won’t enter the debate Get Satisfaction vs. Uservoice, since I believe each company might have different reasons depending on the context.
For us, there were 2 killer reasons to choose Uservoice over Get Satisfaction:
- Uservoice will allow you to submit votes and ideas without having to subscribe to their service.
- Uservoice is far more advanced in the process of translating their interface in different languages such as French, Spanish, Dutch or German, which remains an obvious need for European startups like us.
On the last point, I have to add that Get Satisfaction provides the possibility to have an interface in different languages but only while using their installable solution on your server, or the API, which is not helping the already crowded agenda of a fresh startup.
